“Log4j is a popular logging library for JAVA applications. It is used for high-performance aggregation of log data from an application.”

Analysis and measures: For FELA’s applications, different toolings are used for logging. Among others also the affected Log4j library. For the services that use Log4j, we have taken all precautions and fixed the vulnerabilities. Also, all exposed components have been audited and assessed by third parties. All components used are non-critical.

My CarLoc device does not provide data in some countries.

Check if roaming is active on our devices as well as on the SIM cards and if there are problems with the data volume!

I want to scrap old equipment. How do I proceed?

Contact our support at support@fela.ch and specify your device number(s)!

My CarLoc-IoT-Tracker no longer provides data.

Make sure that the machine is located in a place with adequate reception. Check that the wiring is correct. If necessary, unplug the machine and plug it in again.

We would like to get to know POIScentral better. Can you offer us a training?

We are happy to offer you training at your premises. Please contact us with pleasure.

When you start POIScentral, the whole world is displayed. Can I limit the zoom to my area?

Adjust the focus to your area via the “Map settings” menu.

Can I import new audio files into POIScentral myself?

This is not yet possible at present. Write us an email to support@fela.ch, we will take care of it for you.

In which format must audio files for announcements be available?

Audio files for announcements must be in wav format.

Is there a user manual for POIScentral?

Yes, write an email to support@fela.ch. We will send it to you with pleasure.

If you are Admin, you can easily create a new user in the user management in POIScentral.

I have forgotten my password. Can I reset it myself?

Have your password reset by the POIScentral Admin in your company or by us (support@fela.ch)
